Our Story
High Caliber Projects is owned and operated by our large blended family. Being a big family is occasionally a bit of a struggle — but we've certainly learned some valuable qualities that are necessary for things to run as smoothly as possible.
Those same qualities are what we bring to every project we take on. Communication. Cleanliness. Promptness. Honesty. Quality. Integrity. They're not bullet points on a website — they're how we were raised and how we run this business.

How We Work
These aren't policies — they're values our family has lived by for years. We bring every one of them to your project.
Good communication is paramount in avoiding misunderstandings. The more we know about how you anticipate the job will go, the better able we'll be to fulfill your expectations. It's your project — we're just the ones working on it. If you call, we'll answer. If we miss you, we'll call you back as soon as possible.
You should never have to deal with someone else's mess. To be honest, it's very hard to keep a job site from being a little bit messy while you're working — but rest assured, our job site will be cleaned up and neat just as soon as we've finished working each day.
The importance of being punctual is a standard, not just a goal, here at High Caliber Projects. We would rather be an hour early than a minute late. If we agree to be there, we will be there on time. That said, we all know that legitimate issues sometimes occur — but ours will always come with a timely phone call explaining the situation and rescheduling.
If you ask anyone in our company a question, you will always get the truth. If there is an issue on the job, you will be informed promptly, honestly, and thoroughly. Our children were raised to know that the most valuable thing they have is their word.
Anything worth doing is worth doing right. If we contract with you to take on a project, you can bet that it will be done right. We don't rush jobs to move on to the next one. We finish what we start and we finish it right.
In our family, a handshake is a covenant to be adhered to. If we tell you we'll do it, then it will be done. We will never tell you that you need something done when you don't. Not one of us will do it if we know it's going to be wrong.
